Email photos of your pet to our customer service team.

Photo Requirements:

a. Clear, front-facing images (multiple angles preferred).

b. For full-body customization, please submit clear full-body photos of your pet from multiple angles (front, side, back views) to accurately capture all distinctive features.

3.Confirm Details

The finished piece will be submitted for your approval upon completion. One round of minor adjustments is allowed free of charge.

4.Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1-2 month. Express shipping (within 2 weeks) is available for an additional fee.
