2.Submit High-Quality Photos

  Email photos of your pet to our customer service team.
  Select whether to add your pet’s name and birthdate to the memorial

  Photo Requirements:

   a. Clear, front-facing images (multiple angles preferred).

   b. Ensure all key features are visible (head, ears, tail, back, legs, belly, etc.) to capture their unique traits.

3.Confirm Details

   A draft will be shared with you for approval before firing. One round of minor adjustments is allowed free of charge.

4.Shipping

   Orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks (unless affected by firing defects). Express shipping (within 1-2 week) is available for an additional fee.
